Customer Responsibilities
1. Report Lawn Problems
It shall be the responsibility of the customer between visits to notify 512Landscaping of problems including weeds, insects, fungus, improper watering, and weather damage. When notified, 512Landscaping will come out, diagnose and discuss treatment options with the customer prior to taking action.
2. Bury/Cover/Protect Exposed Wires
It is highly recommended that you as a customer bury, cover, and protect exposed septic wires, cable TV wires, and invisible dog fence wires. 512Landscaping will not be held responsible for damages to these items.
3. Broken Windows & Objects
512Landscaping will not be held responsible for any damage to windows, pets, and persons due to items thrown from the lawn mowers and weed eaters unless these objects were clearly visible by the operator. Smaller objects like rocks, small toys, and twigs are virtually impossible to see in uncut grass and therefore we can not be held liable.
4. Pets
512Landscaping will not be held responsible for pets that escape or are injured while crews are on premises. It is your responsibility to have them properly restrained while lawn crews are present.
5. Party/Special Occasion/Special Requests
Customers are to notify 512Landscaping a minimum of one week prior to any special occasion of any work that needs to be done before an event. All requests concerning your account or service to your property MUST be made by phone (with a live person) or in writing by email.
6. Skipping Of Routine Service
It is the customer’s responsibility to call the office 24 hours in advance if the customer does not want the service to be performed. It will not be left up to the crew to decide if a property does not need servicing. If services are skipped you will still have that service which can be applied to a later day.
Additional Information
1. Price Changes
Prices are subject to change.
2. Sales Tax (8.25%)
All prices do not include sales tax and will be applied to services upon which you have agreed.
3. Late Payments
A service charge of 5% per month will be charged on any balances over 30 days past due. Accounts that become 60 days past due will have all services put on hold until all past due balances are paid in full.
4. Bagging Of Clippings/Leaves
Clippings and leaves will not be bagged with mowers unless specifically requested by the customer and will be paid accordingly for that specific service.
5. Starting And Stopping Service
Properties, in which services are stopped temporarily and restarted, will automatically have additional charges added due to growth of grass and leaves.
6. Recurring Lawn Service Agreement/Schedule
Schedule may vary due to weather, holidays, weekends, and unforeseen issues such as broken trucks, equipment, etc. Actual mowing dates may vary one or more days depending on these issues. You may choose a contact for the length of 3, 6, 9 months or 1 year of service.
